We are looking for a visionary, hands-on leader to head our E-Governance Directorate, overseeing the implementation, integration, and governance of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.Your Mission
As Director – E-Governance, you will:
  • Lead the university's digital governance strategy — aligning technology with academic and administrative goals.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of ERP & LMS platforms.
  • Establish and enforce data governance, cybersecurity, and compliance policies in line with higher education standards.
  • Coordinate across faculties, administration, and IT teams to ensure smooth adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Manage vendor relationships (if third-party solutions are adopted) and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Develop a sustainable, future-ready e-governance framework for the university's growth.
What We're Looking For
  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Ph.D. is preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in governance, ERP/LMS management, or large-scale digital transformation in higher education.
  • Proven expertise in project management, vendor management, and change management.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance in academic institutions.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
