Job Overview

The Vice President of Infrastructure Engineering & Support plays a pivotal role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive infrastructure efficiency and service delivery. This key leadership position requires technical expertise, commercial acumen, and fiscal prudence to provision world-class solutions that empower the brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end operating model ownership within Technology Services.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and drive high stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for technology service provisioning to clients, the business, and the organization.
  • Ensure execution of enterprise-wide programs and initiatives aligned with strategy.
Requirements:
  • 20+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, focusing on compute and storage technologies, operating systems, database, middleware, cloud, container, and network services.
  • 10+ years of experience in the banking and financial services industry.
  • 15+ years of experience in managing global teams and delivering technology service solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science and/or equivalent military experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in ITSM, SRE, Automation, and Telemetry/AI Ops.
