About this role:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Medtronic. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, biology, engineering)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
