Job Title: Client Servicing Executive


Job Summary:



  1. Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and drive business growth.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
  3. Develop strategic plans to expand the client base and identify new business opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize client satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  5. Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients and handle contract negotiation and renewal processes.
  6. Monitor competition and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  8. Manage and resolve customer escalations and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings as needed.
