We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Relationship Strategist to join our team at Muses Consulting Studio. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and cold-call potential clients to introduce our products/services and establish rapport.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities and identify potential clients for our services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  • Communicate regularly with clients through phone calls, emails, and meetings to provide updates on project status, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the course of the client relationship.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant area of study.
  • Experience in account management, business development, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
