Key Job Responsibilities

  • Spearhead client acquisition and revenue growth by developing targeted sales strategies for design and product solutions.
  • Pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and partnerships.
  • Create bespoke sales decks, proposals, and RFP responses to meet enterprise clients' needs.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and translating business needs into UI/UX design solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure seamless handovers post-sales.
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Represent the company at industry forums, events, and client presentations to enhance visibility and generate leads.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the design industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of UI/UX design processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • A proven track record of closing deals with enterprise or mid-market clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to craft compelling sales pitches and build CXO-level relationships.
  • A self-starter with a target-oriented mindset and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
  • Prior experience in agency, consulting, or SaaS/product sales is highly beneficial.
