Our organization is constantly seeking ambitious professionals to join our Pricing Analytics team as Senior Analysts. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support pricing managers and merchants in developing and optimizing pricing strategies across various product categories.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to accumulate, evaluate, and generate insights from disparate data sources. Experience with data mining and visualization tools such as Power BI, Excel, GCP, and SQL (ETL) is highly desirable.

  • Pricing Strategy Development: Assist in the creation of strategic price test plans, analyze data to inform price change recommendations, and measure their impact.
  • Process Design and Development: Design and develop scalable retail test processes and frameworks for design of experiment, test vs. control testing, baseline development, assessment, and recommendations.
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor demographics and performance for pricing across key categories.

Key qualifications for this role include a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, statistics, economics, or any other quantitative discipline, with 3-6 years of relevant experience in an analytical role or 6+ years of experience in a professional environment.

Preferred qualifications include technical expertise in Tableau, Knime, or Power Automate, experience with Python, statistical concepts/modeling, or process improvement/automation, and background in pricing analytics, marketing analytics, or retail analytics.
