Job Summary

The Chief Supply Chain Strategist develops and implements long-term procurement strategies to ensure stability of services and supplies. This role requires close collaboration with internal customer teams, including manufacturing, legal, and finance support functions.

  • Pricing Strategies: Develops and applies best negotiation techniques to achieve optimal results.
  • Contract Management: Ensures vendors deliver on contracted terms during the tenure of agreement.
  • Supply Chain Quality: Controls supply quality as per internal customer requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with internal customer teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develops and implements pricing strategies to maximize value for the organization.
  2. Sources and secures suppliers that meet organizational needs.
  3. Negotiates contracts and agreements with suppliers.
  4. Maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and cross-functional teams.
  5. Monitors and reports on supply chain performance metrics.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Experience in procurement or a related field.
