We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients through various means, including referrals and prospecting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work closely with business partners to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve these goals.
- Generate leads for financial product distributors and conduct business opportunity sessions to support them.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or a related field.
- A strong understanding of the finance industry and relevant products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A graduate degree in any background.
- Knowledge of the assigned geography and its financial landscape.
- Experience working with independent financial advisors or chartered accountants.
