Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to fill the role of Assistant Vice President.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in AI/ML, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for driving the adoption of AI/ML solutions within the organization, working closely with senior leadership to understand business processes and propose strategic use of AI/ML to enhance business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Translating business problems into analytical problems and developing solutions using AI/ML techniques
  • Defining and implementing approaches to scale AI/ML initiatives through various AI/ML solutions
  • Enabling business decision-making and co-creating data-driven business strategies through effective storytelling with data
  • Building and managing external relationships with industry forums to seek new and innovative approaches

Requirements include an MBA or master's degree in quantitative fields, with a minimum of 12-15 years of work experience in analytical roles. Strong competencies required include collaboration, analytical thinking, storytelling with data, and passion for AI/ML/Data Science/Gen AI.

Success will be measured by forming partnerships with functional leaders, influencing decision-making through data, improving operational efficiencies, and executing organization-wide initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong collaborator with demonstrated ability to influence and challenge conventional thinking
  • Exceptional ability to multi-task, prioritize, and govern project execution
  • Hands-on experience with various open-source tools and technologies such as Python, R, Spark
  • Experience with deploying AI/ML solutions in cloud environments
  • Experience with ML/DL/Gen AI frameworks
  • Deep understanding of new-age cloud-based frameworks & services around Gen AI, Vision, Text, and Speech AI
