Senior Insurance Operations Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Insurance Operations Leader to drive growth and profitability in our P&C insurance division.

About the Role
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and operational excellence.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the division's footprint.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, financial performance, and reporting to ensure the division meets its financial goals.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 13+ years of experience in the P&C insurance industry, with senior leadership experience.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills. Proven ability to drive business growth and manage complex operations.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of P&C insurance products, market trends, and regulatory environment.
