
Senior Insurance Expert

As a seasoned insurance expert, you will be responsible for spearheading growth initiatives in our clients' businesses by crafting and executing strategies tailored to their needs. Your role will involve developing innovative products and solutions, managing existing portfolios, supporting sales teams, and leading go-to-market strategies.
Your primary focus will be on the U.S. property & casualty (P&C) insurance markets, with a strong emphasis on commercial lines. To excel in this position, you must have a proven track record in brokerage/broker support.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and co-manage a portfolio of existing Genpact insurance brokerage clients to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for assigned products and customer segments to achieve revenue and gross margin targets.
- Prioritize responses to RFPs and business proposals for potential clients, ensuring timely submission and effective communication.
- Identify and address service level issues, ensuring SLAs and deliverables are met within agreed-upon timeframes.
- Foster long-term relationships with key client decision-makers, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
- Mentor and monitor team members' performance, providing guidance and feedback to ensure individual and team targets are met based on quality, inventory, and TAT.
- Oversee operations delivery for the site, enabling seamless support across sites and promoting a culture of excellence.

- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
- A thorough understanding of the U.S. insurance ecosystem, including distribution channels, brokerage, technology platforms, data sources, and analytics.
- Experience engaging with senior-level insurance company executives, building rapport and establishing credibility.
- The ability to develop go-to-market strategies, including marketing plans and tools, to drive business growth and profitability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience with P&L responsibilities for insurance-related products, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving profitability.
