Claims Expert with Life Insurance Specialization

We are seeking a seasoned Claims Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Life Insurance claims for Canadian customers.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6-7 years of experience in the life insurance industry and possess excellent communication skills in both English and French.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Processing Life Insurance claims for Canadian customers
  • Coordinating with onshore teams and clients to ensure timely processing of claims transactions

To succeed in this role, the successful candidate must have:

  • Fluent French speaking and writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • A strong understanding of Canadian life insurance processes
