Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Claims Specialist to join our team. This role involves handling insurance claims by reviewing estimates of building materials used for house repair work.

  • Excellent knowledge of insurance / property claims processing is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in entering information related to personal details, provider details, and invoice information.
  • They will receive and review special instructions for building materials used for house repair work based on standard construction practices and client requirements.
  • The successful candidate will verify file documentation to complete the review process.
  • They must demonstrate good customer service skills to clearly articulate resolutions.
  • Reviewing repair estimates to ensure they are accurate and meet industry guidelines and standards for repair is crucial.
  • Adjuster photos must accurately depict damages associated with the adjuster estimate.
  • The specialist will recommend payment or document findings that need correction, deletion, or additions to the estimate upon completion of the review.
  • Preparing sketches based on provided property dimensions is also a key responsibility.
