Role: Senior Analyst - Claims Operations (French)

Years of Experience : Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience

Location : Noida ( candidates for Delhi NCR can apply too)

Shift : should be comfortable to work in night shifts/Rotational Shifts as per the Business Requirement

Education : B.A, B.Com, BBA, BBM, MBA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing Life Insurance and Living benefits Claims for Canadian customers.
  • Coordinate with onshore teams and the client to ensure timely processing of Claims transactions.
  • Managing 

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • The candidate would be required to process Life Insurance and Living Benefits Claims
  • Fluent French speaking/writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills – English
  • Must have Life Insurance/Living Benefits Claims background
  • Minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience 
  • Working in Canadian processes would be preferred.
  • Open with Night Shifts
