Role: Senior Analyst - Claims Operations (French)
Years of Experience : Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience
Location : Noida ( candidates for Delhi NCR can apply too)
Shift : should be comfortable to work in night shifts/Rotational Shifts as per the Business Requirement
Education : B.A, B.Com, BBA, BBM, MBA.

- Processing Life Insurance and Living benefits Claims for Canadian customers.
- Coordinate with onshore teams and the client to ensure timely processing of Claims transactions.
- Managing
Skills and Attributes for Success

- Fluent
French speaking/writing skills - Excellent communication skills – English
- Must have Life Insurance/Living Benefits Claims background
- Minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience
- Working in Canadian processes would be preferred.
