
Senior Insurance Operations Specialist

Job Summary
This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to support our insurance clients. The focus will be on commercial lines in the U.S. P&C insurance markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of existing Genpact insurance brokerage clients.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for assigned products and customer markets designed to achieve revenue and gross margin targets.
- Participate in and lead responses to RFPs and business proposals for potential clients.
- Create remediation strategies for service level issues and ensure SLAs are met.
- Nurture long-term relationships with key client decision-makers.
- Mentor team members to ensure efficiency in meeting quality, inventory, and TAT targets.
- Lead operations delivery for the site and enable cross-site support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Insurance operations.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Insurance experience in Broker Operations or P&C insurance lifecycle – pre-placement, placement, and post-placement activities.
- Thorough understanding of the U.S. insurance ecosystem, including distribution, brokerage, technology platforms, data, and analytics sources, and trends impacting the market.
- Experience engaging with senior-level insurance company executives.
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies, including marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Prior P&L responsibilities for insurance-related products.
