Senior Manager – P&c Insurance Broker Support Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our P&C Insurance Broker Support Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, excellent leadership abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct a team of 50-75 individuals, comprised of Specialists, Senior Specialists, Domain Experts, Assistant Managers, and Managers.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work atmosphere.
  • Establish clear performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
  • Utilize analytics and technology to optimize workflows and drive innovation within the team.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
  • Promptly address client concerns and feedback.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree from any stream.
  • Relevant experience working in the US P&C insurance lifecycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and achievement-oriented individual.
