Senior Process Executive / Subject Matter Expert Role

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Executive (SPE) or Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance operations, with a focus on process management and improvement.


Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Processing: Review and validate transactions for Property & Casualty Insurance in line with client Service Level Agreements.
  • Critical Issue Resolution: Analyze and resolve complex insurance cases/policies, providing domain expertise and acting as an escalation point when needed.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy, working closely with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Training and Knowledge Sharing: Support new transitions, training, and knowledge sharing across the team.

Requirements:

  • Insurance Experience: 2–6 years of experience in P&C Insurance processes.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong knowledge of insurance life cycle – Policy Administration, Underwriting, Claims, or Billing.
  • Key Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills, flexibility to work in US shifts.
