About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as an Operational Excellence Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for undertaking operational performance improvement projects, focusing on labor and productivity assessments, process mapping, and design.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake operational performance improvement projects, focusing on labor and productivity assessments, process mapping, and design
  • Develop insights through data manipulation and interpretation, utilizing advanced data analytics
  • Improve business processes, data, and process standardization, and develop future state business models
  • Demonstrate strong business and global acumen, leveraging business knowledge, innovation, and a global, cross-cultural mindset
  • Utilize analytical skills, managing and conducting quantitative and qualitative benchmarking, and analyzing large and complex data
  • Deliver significant business results, applying strategic and creative thinking, problem-solving, and individual initiative


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, operations management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in operational performance improvement, with a focus on labor and productivity assessments, process mapping, and design
  • Advanced data analytics skills, including data manipulation and interpretation
  • Strong business and global acumen, with the ability to leverage business knowledge, innovation, and a global, cross-cultural mindset
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to manage and conduct quantitative and qualitative benchmarking, and analyze large and complex data
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) to various situations and audiences
