Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing stakeholder management and operational excellence. This position demands the ability to conduct in-depth root cause analysis, manage data funnels, and develop actionable plans to drive process enhancements.

Your time will be divided equally between engaging with stakeholders, analyzing data, and improving processes for productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background:

  • Any graduation, or MBA/PGDM degree is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with internal stakeholders – conduct research and facilitate progress with our asks. Identify opportunities to enhance performance.
  2. Engage with Sellers – capture intent and guide them through the journey. Manage their expectations and address queries.
  3. Partner engagement – manage partnerships and contribute to program success. This includes calling and relationship management.
  4. Proactive Auditing – analyze buyer feedbacks and seller behavior to identify and mitigate mischievous sellers.
  5. Process improvement – identify areas for enhancement and implement data-driven interventions to improve quality and efficiency.

Candidate Attributes:

  • Proficient Hindi and English speaker (mandatory).
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Docs, Sheets, to manage multiple data points and analyze them effectively.
  • Able to multitask and possess good logical reasoning skills.
  • Mandatory requirements: own working laptop and Wi-Fi.
