
Financial Operations Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, including creating proposals of journal entries, reviewing and analyzing general ledger and sub-ledgers, and sending reports of pending transactions to clients.
**Responsibilities**
- Create proposals of journal entries and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze general ledger and sub-ledgers to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Send reports of pending transactions to clients and follow up on their status.
- Complete AR reconciliations and other tasks related to cash position.
- Collaborate with AP, BR, Taxes, and other departments to collect information required for financial operations.
- Support the leader of the department in all tasks and provide assistance as needed.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
- 2-6 years of experience in corporate accounting.
- Excellent computer skills, including fluency in Excel, Word, and email.
- English as a second language is required.
- Possibility to modify work schedule is a plus.
