Job Title: Financial Management Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records by posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and supporting month-end close.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payment and collection of invoices.
  • Compile tax data and coordinate with external auditors to ensure statutory compliance.
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting by gathering data and analyzing cost drivers.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, documenting standard operating procedures and enhancing internal controls.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce; professional certification (CPA, CA, CMA, or ACCA) preferred.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in accounting, audit, or a similar finance role; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of GAAP/IFRS; strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups); exposure to BI tools desirable.
  • Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
