Job Opportunity: Academic Excellence Specialist

The Academic Excellence Specialist plays a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of academic rigor and instructional effectiveness across various campuses. This position is responsible for overseeing the quality of instruction, analyzing academic data, and evaluating the impact of professional development initiatives.

  • Instructional Quality Oversight:
    • Conduct lesson observations and learning audits based on established instructional rubrics to ensure consistency in teaching practices.
    • Monitor the implementation of curriculum plans, assessments, and pedagogy across subjects to identify areas for improvement.
    • Determine training needs and recommend focused teacher development opportunities.
  • Academic Data Analysis:
    • Analyze data related to student performance, teacher practice, and PD outcomes to inform decision-making.
    • Maintain accurate academic dashboards and reporting formats to track progress.
    • Collaborate with curriculum teams to assess the impact of initiatives and track growth metrics.
  • PD Impact & Audit Reporting:
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of PD interventions using teacher feedback and implementation data.
    • Prepare comprehensive review reports for leadership teams.
    • Co-design feedback mechanisms and quality improvement plans.

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. or Master's degree in Education, Data Analytics, or Quality Assurance.
  • At least 8 years of experience in academic audits, curriculum evaluation, or instructional coaching.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with NEP 2020 academic indicators.
  • Knowledge of school evaluation frameworks and teacher performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with CBSE/IB/Cambridge systems.
