Insurance Operations Leader-Property Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our insurance operations team. As Insurance Operations Leader-Property, you will be responsible for driving business growth and operational excellence in the P&C insurance division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability in the P&C insurance division.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the division's footprint.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and reporting to ensure the division meets its financial goals.
  • Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least 13 years of experience in the P&C insurance industry, in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills. Proven ability to drive business growth and manage complex operations.
  • Deep understanding of P&C insurance products, market trends, and regulatory environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry-specific certifications or qualifications.
  • Experience working in a global or multinational environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.
