Executive Insurance Sales Director

Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our corporate insurance sales efforts in Central Delhi. This exciting opportunity involves expanding our client base and driving revenue growth within the insurance sector.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop relationships with key decision-makers at corporations and institutions, providing expert advice and tailored insurance solutions.
- Proactively identify and qualify potential corporate and institutional clients within your designated territory.
- Utilize various strategies such as cold calling, email marketing, networking events, and industry research to generate a robust sales pipeline.
- BUILD strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, fostering trust and becoming a trusted advisor on their insurance needs.
- CONDUCT in-depth needs assessments to understand the unique risk profile and insurance requirements of each client.
- DEVELOP comprehensive and competitive insurance proposals, presenting a clear value proposition and demonstrating a deep understanding of industry-specific risks.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients, leveraging strong negotiation skills to secure profitable deals.
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships, providing ongoing support and ensuring complete satisfaction with insurance solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams including underwriters, risk management specialists, and customer service representatives to ensure seamless client experience.
- Prepare regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and identify trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Meet and exceed established sales targets through consistent prospecting, effective sales strategies, and strong closing skills.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the Indian insurance market, including different types of insurance products and risk management strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor presentations to diverse audiences.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with key decision-makers.
- Proven negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to secure profitable deals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify client needs and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools.
- IRDA Certification is mandatory.
Estimated Salary: ₹1,500,000 - ₹3,000,000 per annum
