We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at RSV Enterprises - Smart Solutions. About the Role

  • Identify and engage with new customers through strategic sales outreach and marketing efforts.
  • Present and demonstrate our steel kitchen cabinets to potential clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business by staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare detailed sales reports and document customer interactions using CRM software.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
  3. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote our products and stay informed about market demands.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the kitchen cabinet or related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹5,00,000 - ₹8,00,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes opportunities for professional growth and development.
