Sales Development Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at RSV Enterprises - Smart Solutions. Located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, this full-time position offers the ideal candidate an exciting opportunity to promote and sell top-quality steel kitchen cabinets to potential clients.
About the Role
- Identify and engage with new customers through strategic sales outreach and marketing efforts.
- Present and demonstrate our steel kitchen cabinets to potential clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business by staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and document customer interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote our products and stay informed about market demands.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the kitchen cabinet or related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹5,00,000 - ₹8,00,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes opportunities for professional growth and development.
