Business Development Sales Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Sales Specialist to join our team at Talent Corner. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be to support Unified Business through prospecting, qualification, and product design-in, design-win, and production win efforts. This will involve creating and managing accounts for demand creation activity in the region, focusing on Industrial/Defense Accounts.
You will also participate in training and sales meets with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) to create demand. Additionally, you will organize joint visits with OEMs and customers to build strong relationships and identify potential opportunities.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should have a strong understanding of sales principles and strategies, as well as experience working in a similar field.
