About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team at USANA Health Sciences. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the designated region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain close relationships with customers to foster a sense of belonging within the USANA family.
  • Identify emerging leaders and support their growth through monitoring, counseling, and encouragement.
  • Assist in executing a yearly training program for associates at different levels of skill and seniority.
  • Implement recognition and incentive programs that reward associates for their successful efforts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to organize prospecting events, including product launches and health fairs.
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback on industry and competitive situations to management.
  • Assist in proposing annual training and recognition budgets and monitor expenditures against budgetary figures.
  • Monitor the results of promotional campaigns.
  • Responsible for vendor sourcing, negotiation, and coordination.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, events, communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in at least one of the four major Dravidian languages: Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, and Kannada.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • IT-savvy, proactive, independent, with a positive mindset, creative, and fun.
  • Outgoing with strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
