Chief Financial Officer Candidate

Accurate financial operations are crucial for the success of any organization. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Financial Reporting: Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, adhering to applicable accounting standards.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and inter-company balances, maintaining accuracy and integrity.
- Compliance Management: Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, including Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and Companies Act.
- Internal Controls: Preparing and coordinating for statutory, tax, and internal audits, maintaining proper documentation and audit trails.
- Management Information System (MIS) Reports: Providing monthly MIS reports to senior management, highlighting profit and loss, cash flow, and variance analysis.
- Vendor Payments and Invoicing: Managing vendor payments, invoice processing, and reconciliation, ensuring timely payment and efficient cash flow.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitoring receivables, credit terms, and following up on collections, maintaining aging reports and working capital discipline.
To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, along with a strong background in these areas. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred. If you have a passion for numbers and a drive for excellence, we encourage you to apply.
