Senior Financial Leadership Role

This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our accounting department, ensuring financial stability and compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, including financial statement preparation and general ledger maintenance. Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation processes is also essential.

Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards, as well as proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, are required. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, enabling them to effectively supervise and lead a team. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, along with CPA certification, is highly desirable.

The role involves preparing financial statements, maintaining general ledgers, managing accounts payables/receivables, and resolving discrepancies. It also requires supervising the accounting team, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and participating in fiscal audits.

While the position is based in Ahmedabad, some work from home is acceptable. The ideal candidate will be able to balance their work life and provide high-quality results within tight deadlines.
