Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to work closely with senior management in shaping the organization's financial strategy. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling large volumes of data, providing actionable insights, and supporting decision-making through accurate and timely financial reporting.

  • Create comprehensive MIS reports in various formats.
  • Develop and execute detailed financial plans including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Maintain efficient Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Evaluate statutory compliance requirements including GST, TDS, and liaise with tax authorities.
  • Independently prepare Balance Sheets in compliance with IFRS/IGAAP standards.
  • Prior experience in audit coordination is preferred.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of direct, indirect, and deferred taxation.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Have hands-on experience with ERP systems.

Requirements

  • Masters in Commerce or MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant / IPCC / PCC
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
