Senior Finance Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Executive to lead our financial planning and analysis functions.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of financial plans with business objectives.
  • Provide insightful analysis on revenue growth, cost optimization, and risk management.
  • Evaluate and optimize financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mentor and develop finance team members to enhance their skills and expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Analyzing financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Developing and implementing financial models to forecast future performance.
  • Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
  • 7–10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and taxation.
  • Proven experience in Fintech, Financial Services, or Consulting preferred.
  • Hands-on expertise with Xero, Dext, Power BI, or similar financial tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
