Job Title

A seasoned financial professional is sought to oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations, ensuring fiscal discipline and strategic planning.

This role will be instrumental in driving business growth by implementing effective financial strategies and optimizing resources.

  • Financial Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and manage comprehensive budgets and forecasts to inform business decisions.
    • Provide expert guidance on cost optimization, capital allocation, and ROI analysis.
    • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability.
  • Accounting & Compliance
    • Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including invoicing and payroll management.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and coordinate internal and external audits.
  • Procurement & Cost Control
    • Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to track material costs and vendor payments.
    • Implement cost control measures across supply chain and manufacturing units.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Prepare detailed monthly MIS reports and variance analysis for board-level review.
    • Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions and performance reviews.
  • Systems & Process Improvement
    • Recommend and implement efficient financial systems.
    • Streamline documentation and approval workflows for finance-related processes.
Requirements

A strong background in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing or construction industry setting, is essential. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting software.

Candidates with CA, MBA (Finance), or CMA certifications are preferred. A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in financial management is required.

Strong attention to detail, proactive approach, and excellent presentation skills are also crucial for success in this role.
