Chief Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Public Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in US taxation and financial regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate accounting records, ledgers, and financial statements for clients based in the US.
- Regularly reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial data.
- Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Ensure compliance with IRS guidelines and tax regulations.
- Assist clients with tax planning, minimizing tax liabilities while maximizing legal deductions.
- Review and analyze tax notices and correspondence, assisting clients with resolution.
- Support in financial audits, tax audits, and related assessments.
- Identify and implement process improvements to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- CPA or EA qualification preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates pursuing CPA/EA are welcome.
- Knowledge of US GAAP, IRS regulations, and state-specific tax laws.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting and tax software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, TurboTax, Lacerte).
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations and US reporting standards.
- Ability to prepare financial statements, manage ledgers, and support audits.
