Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst
About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash accounts
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Prepare monthly balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Develop and implement financial models to forecast revenue and expenses
- Provide financial guidance and support to management
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Manage payroll and benefits administration
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and make recommendations for process improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial analysis and planning
- Proven track record of improving financial performance and reducing costs
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
