Senior Financial Analyst

As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support in financial operations. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and driving strategic financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Assist in investor reporting and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Support the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, analyzing financial trends to provide actionable insights.
- Controllership & Compliance:
- Ensure accounting accuracy and statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act.
- Assist with internal and statutory audits, coordinating with auditors as needed.
- Internal Controls:
- Help design and monitor internal control systems, maintaining accurate documentation and implementing best practices.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with business, legal, tax, and operational teams to ensure alignment and transparency in financial matters.
To excel in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Experience in finance, audit, or taxation, preferably in a mid-sized or large firm, is highly desirable.
