Job Title: Strategic Acceleration Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Acceleration Manager to join our team at Altisource. As a key member of our L1 Growth team, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of projects and programs that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic options for the company, in partnership with key leaders
  • Project manage data collection, analysis, and planning work
  • Become a subject matter expert and retrieve data and key insights from live interactions and desktop research
  • Create robust quantitative analytical models that deliver key perspectives on likely outcomes, uncertainty, and risk
  • Organize the launch of new strategic initiatives, including governance structure and measurement rhythm
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
  • Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

Requirements:

  • IIM – Business/Operation/Marketing/Finance
  • 6 to 8 years of experience with min 3+ years of analytical problem-solving and execution experience demonstrated in a high ownership/high impact area, with Program Management or Consulting experience in a Tech/Startup environment preferred
  • Comfortable and effective in executive interactions, with clear reasons to believe you can add value with your acumen and insightfulness when engaging with executives
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written: senior leaders understand you well when you talk or present
  • Motivated and willing to put in the effort required to do the job and get your hands dirty
