Overview of the Role
Mindshare, a media services company, is seeking a Partner - Strategy to accelerate Good Growth for its clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving data-linked insights and business solutions. Your primary focus will be on inspiring and applying audience, market, and product insights to create robust media lead strategies and tactics that further our clients' business and communication objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and present strategic plans to senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams and partner agencies to drive integrated communication processes
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform media planning and delivery
• Work closely with strategy, digital, and planning experts to evolve processes of data-driven marketing and integrated media planning
• Drive partnerships with digital and exchange teams to bring best practices, innovations, and knowledge sharing
Requirements
• At least 12-15 years of relevant experience in strategy, media, consulting, or research
• Proven track record of driving media and campaign strategies, with experience working on global brands
• Strong understanding of brand and performance objectives, with ability to translate business objectives to media and close the loop with measurable metrics
• Deep understanding of planning, audience research, and measurement tools, with ability to land into media solutions
• Vision for where communications strategy and the wider marketing industry is going
• Strong analytical and creative skills, with ability to motivate people to succeed
• Experience in managing teams, including training, individual growth, and development plans
