Job Description

Hiring Prism LLP is looking for an experienced business development executive to join our team and lead our efforts in the area of advanced analytics. As an Associate Director - Business Development, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through the effective advocacy and delivery of our data and AI solutions and services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads for Data and AI solutions through strategic research, targeted outreach, and industry networking.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle for Data and AI solutions, from prospecting to successful deal closure, ensuring a consultative, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders, establishing us as a trusted Data and AI partner.
  • Ensure the alignment of Our Data and AI offerings with client objectives and ensure satisfaction.
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets specifically for Data and AI services through strategic planning and execution.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, particularly in advocating for Data, Analytics, Data Engineering and AI solutions or related IT services.
  • Strong understanding of Data and AI solutions, with the ability to articulate the technical and business value to clients.
  • Skilled in consultative selling, capable of identifying client pain points and positioning Data and AI services to solve them.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and independent, with the ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with internal teams.

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
