About the Job
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals that meet or exceed targets. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional looking to take their career to the next level and contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hunter Instinct: Identify and generate leads with Corporates to meet targets and achieve Company objectives
- Sales Operations: Plan, execute, and monitor Sales Operations to attain accelerated growth
- Customer Fulfillment: Ensure 100% end-to-end fulfillment for all orders secured
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Program manage cross-functionally to ensure adherence to SLAs and support marketing activities
- Negotiation and Closure: Strongly negotiate and close deals with Senior Management of clients (CXOs)
- Presentation and Demo: Make presentations and give demos of the product suite to potential clients
- Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities by analyzing Customer needs and propose solutions for overall business enhancement
- Rapport Building: Build rapport with clients and maintain relationships with Key personnel
- Business Updates: Share daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly business updates and achievements across products and segments to the Senior Management
Requirements:
- B2B Sales Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a similar industry
- Individual Contributor: Willingness to be an individual contributor, generate leads, and make cold calls
- Hardcore Field Sales Experience: Hardcore field sales experience is a must-have
Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on experience
