Project Opportunity: Bid ExpertAbout the Role

Our organization seeks a skilled Bid Expert to support our Energy Proposals Team based in Bengaluru. As a key team member, you will play a crucial role in preparing and submitting bids for energy projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proposal Coordination:
    • Coordinate proposal preparations, gathering leads for the 'Go / No Go' decision process.
    • Support data entry and analysis in Oracle-based systems.
    • Work with proposals managers on supplier compliance questionnaires, expressions of interest, pre-qualifications, and proposals.
    • Prepare and submit requests for legal reviews, contract signature, and advice via online portals.
    • Collaborate on Microsoft Teams sites for live proposals.
    • Conduct research on clients, competitors, and industry sectors.
  • Knowledge Management Support:
    • Assist in creating project case studies, descriptions, method statements, and maintaining knowledge libraries.
    • Help prepare client references and testimonials.
    • Assess and break down client bid requirements.
    • Record win themes and bid feedback from clients.
    • Support CV inputs for databases.
  • General:
    • Provide administrative support, ensuring timely task completion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an internationally recognized university in a relevant subject.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in proposals coordination.
  • Commitment to achieving APMP Foundation as a minimum.
  • Good spoken and written English skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage own work effectively.
  • Able to work in a team environment and communicate efficiently across time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with teams outside India from an Indian base location.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or Microsoft Project would be advantageous.
