Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our short-term vacation rental operations. This is a remote position based in India, requiring exceptional communication skills and adaptability to ensure outstanding guest experiences and efficient management of reservations.
This role involves handling complex situations with poise and professionalism, providing excellent customer service, and being proactive in problem-solving. We are looking for someone who can effectively communicate, work well under pressure, and be a team player.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies according to company policies.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy and professionalism.
- Offer personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance guest experiences.
- Supervise and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving reservation processes and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
