About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Channel Account Manager to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with channel partners and ensuring they have a deep understanding of Finnable's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • DEVELOP AND EXECUTE A SALES STRATEGY TO MEET OR EXCEED QUARTERLY TARGETS
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHANNEL PARTNERS AND ENSURE THEY HAVE A DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF FINNAL'S PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
  • ACQUIRE CUSTOMERS THROUGH CHANNEL PARTNERS BY MEETING SALES TARGETS AND PROVIDING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
  • MANAGE AND GROW THE BUSINESS WITH EACH CHANNEL PARTNER
  • ACT AS THE FIRST POINT OF CONTACT FOR ANY PARTNER ISSUE RESOLUTION
  • MONITOR THE CREDIT PERFORMANCE OF YOUR PORTFOLIO AND ENSURE IT REMAINS WITHIN ESTABLISHED CREDIT BENCHMARKS
