Job Description:

As a key member of the analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in driving workforce planning and forecasting initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to establish a systematic and transparent link between Full-Time Equivalent (FTE), FTE movements, and compensation costs.

  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to support HR decision-making.
  • Design and build comprehensive reporting dashboards to facilitate data-driven insights.
