Technical Integration Specialist

A leading organization is seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the technical integration of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex integrations using Workday Studio, ensuring seamless data flow and compatibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and understand business needs.
  • Design and develop integrations while adhering to best practices and data security standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Create technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) working as a Workday Integrations Consultant with a focus on Workday Studio.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday architecture, including Workday Studio, EIBs, and calculated fields.
  • Strong understanding of integration concepts, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and web services.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Certification in Workday is advantageous but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with cloud-based solutions and SaaS platforms.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques.
