Job Title: Accounting and Human Resources Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced accounting and human resources professional to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, handling HR functions including payroll, employee records, and compliance, maintaining accurate records in Zoho Books/Payroll/People and QuickBooks, supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts and HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including invoicing, reconciliations, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for accounting and HR functions.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and training to employees, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Implement and maintain effective HR systems and processes.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all HR-related documents and records.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in accounting and HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and HR processes.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books/Payroll/People and QuickBooks (preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
