Job Summary
Business Operations Manager RoleThis challenging full-time role involves overseeing human resources and office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. As a key member of the management team, you will lead recruitment efforts, develop HR policies, maintain employee records, and drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies and best practices to improve workplace culture and performance.
- Manage employee relations, including grievance handling and conflict resolution.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth functioning and minimal disruption.
- Supervise office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Process payroll, manage salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliances.
- Prepare administrative and HR reports to support management in decision-making.
- Support management in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for HR and administration.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required. 4-7 years of experience in HR and office administration, along with strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws, are necessary. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are also essential.
