About the Role

We are seeking a strategic leader to manage the financial and human resources of our organization. This individual will oversee the flow of money across departments while supporting the people who make that work possible.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in finance/accounts and understanding of HR operations. They will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, handling vendor registrations and invoicing, and overseeing taxation compliance.

The HR aspects of this role include coordinating recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records and payroll, and supporting team members with queries and creating a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management:
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable
    • Handle vendor registrations and invoicing
    • Oversee taxation compliance
  • HR Operations:
    • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding
    • Maintain employee records and payroll
    • Support team members with queries and create a positive work culture

Requirements:

This position requires an organized, reliable, and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in fast-paced environments. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills are non-negotiable, as is the ability to thrive in a creative culture with a young team.
