About the Role

The Senior Human Resources Manager will spearhead the development and execution of a strategic HR strategy aligned with business objectives.

  • Drive synergies across group companies by standardizing policies and practices.
  • Lead the Leadership Talent Strategy, encompassing assessment, development, and succession planning for CXOs and key roles.
  • Manage Group-wide High Potential (HiPo) and Future Leaders programs to ensure strong succession planning for critical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Group Performance Management Framework for CEOs and L1s in collaboration with the Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
  • Oversight of Executive Compensation Structures to promote talent mobility across the group.
  • Partner with CEOs and CHROs to deliver aligned HR services across companies through a Group HR Council.

Reporting Requirements:

  • Provide timely updates to the Board on HR matters such as people risks, succession, engagement, and culture.
